30% would be really BIG. I think we who know about the SDGs all live in a bubble, thinking they are rather well known. They are not IMO. Thus, we need decentralised approaches as you suggest them. I wish you all the best.

Yes, I don't think in my country even 1% of the population is aware of SDGs. If 70% of the population of any country knows of SDGs then I'd consider it as a remarkable achievement of UN!
