Justice is so blind

I will never understand why our justice system is so dysfunctional. It amazes me that the people in charge of can be so inept. Let me share a wierd situation with you. In 2006, someone cashed a check in my name and I didn't find out about until 2010. I have spent the last 9 years trying to get this fixed. It is so obviously not me. I didn't even live in the state when this occurred and the only proof that it was me that they have is a copy of my driver's license. Surprise! The government has a copy of my "STATE ISSUE DRIVER'S LICENSE". Shocker. IF you have had a horror story with the powers to be, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO SHARE>
