Gratitude & Learning 23/11/2022

Skipped a day or two, but continuing again today.
Main thing is getting in back to the game and not stay out of it too long.

3 Amazing things that happened today

  1. Able to see my aunt who is not feeling very well, she is in another state

  2. Figure out 1 of the tasks that i need to look at to speed up the checking (bulk domain name checking)

  3. Spending more personal time with mum, and really appreciate life

How could i have made it better

  1. Could have woke up earlier to do some exercise

  2. Walk more for today but still good

  3. Follow up with a customer earlier so that things could have happened earlier.

My thoughts:

I need to be very well aware what is negative activity and what is positive activity. Endless scrolling on social media / youtube can make you in a crazy loop and not do anything, or just get distracted and not get anything done.

Time flies so fast and things can just come and go in a blink of an eye. Start living life to make sure we live in the moment, and make sure we do what we suppose to do every single day to head towards your own goals.

Really appreciate life and be thankful just to be alive.
