So, about two years ago I started listing five things every day I'm grateful for. It was a game-changer. It turned my life around – not so much materially, you understand, as mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
A few months ago I needed to do something different so I now post ten things a day I'm grateful for. I'm not in any way saying that this will make you rich, famous or always happy, and I'm not suggesting either that everything in life will be easy from now on. But try it and see. I'll start, and please feel free to post your gratitude list here, however often you like.
- Waking up.
- Having a safe, warm home.
- My kids.
- My partner Sarah.
- My friends and fellows.
- Feeling fit and healthy.
- That bit of orangey chocolate cake I ate earlier.
- Tea.
- Beautiful weather.
- My mum.
Big love :)
