I think that's only available in Europe. I already use Bittrex and transfer to Bitpay. I was told you could use blocktrades to convert steem onto your bitpay card without using one of the major exchanges... maybe I'm mistaken. I don't need coinbase- I can go directly from Bittrex to my card.
