A society is a group of individuals involved in persistent social interaction , or a large social group sharing the same geographical or social territory, typically subject to the same political authority and dominant cultural expectations.
Societies are characterized by patterns of relationships (social relations ) between individuals who share a distinctive
culture and institutions.
A given society may be described as the sum total of such relationships among its constituent of members.

Society has always been a great Influence on the lives of the people living there. Who you hook up with or the community and people you developed with will have impact in your life, either positive or negative.
Being in the same society with some people add values to your life. Those people who are ready to influence your life positively. I read about @tojukaka gratitude day post yesterday, where he talks about how he influenced his friend to be a successful crypto trader.
He shared about how he add his friend to a whatsapp group (society) where he learned about cryptocurrencies and which leads him to make $100,000 on cryptocurrency.
Effect of society can not be underestimated, you get the connection and information needed to help yourself out. Take steemit for example; if you belong to a community on the steemit platform, you get all the benefits of that community including the information about what is happening or what is going to happen.
Today I'm very grateful about the society I belong in, the community and the people I live with.
