Still on gratitude.... So what am i grateful for today??? I'm grateful for community. I remember joining steemit sometime in January.
My friends @vellzz and @andersonfx talked me into joining steemit. I was already into crypto currency i even had some steem lying in idle in my bittrex account but i was not on steemit.

After much talk about the opportunities i decided to join. I read up a little about steemit with some guidance from my friends. I was ready to start....

I watched @maryfavour video on youtubeon how to transfer steem from bittrex to my steemit account. So i got started.

My friends had already briefed me about bots and the profits in their little understanding because they were noobs as well looking to make an extra $. But i later found out using bots was just a bidding war and was not so profitable.
Well........ I bought some SBD used it to pay bots, got my reputation up in weeks thinking i needed nothing more. But i was missing out on one of the essentials of steemit which is COMMUNITY. I found out without the bots i was a nobody. So i decided to find a group to belong......

How I Joined My First Community

I saw @samstickkz post and i decided to link up. I left comment indicated interest to join his group and he asked for my number he graciously added me to the @steemit-uyo and he also invited me to join @stach much later after having a brief chat with him on how to progress. He encouraged me to engage in the community.

I AM GRATEFUL FOR COMMUNITY

I joined the @steemit-uyo and @stach @redfishpillar community and i have benefited immensely. In terms of upvotes, depth of knowledge shared on these platforms and the sense of belonging it brings.
