Gratitude day 9 - Light

It is not a new phenomenon to go through a day without electricity in our country nigeria.

But recently i had to live through 2 whole weeks without it. Reason been that someone decided to steal the cables that connected my street to the transformer.
Funny right....
At first it was but then when you've a thesis presentation to work on and prepare for the joke is on you.

Well the light was fixed finally and i now able to work. And more so, i don't have to carry a charger every where i go anymore.
I have to admit, electricity is a little addictive because when it not available it feels often feels like your life is missing something thanks to the fact that our devices depend on it.

Anyway.. Today i am thankful that they (the powers that be) have restored the light.
