First we will take ½ kg gram flour in a bowl and sieve the flour.Then we will add a pinch of soda,1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste,1 teaspoon coriander powder, and 1 teaspoon salt in it,mix it well add half teaspoon celery and add water and mix it well.Then leave it for 15 minutes.Now heat the oil in the pan,and We will cut green chilli in the middle and fill it with salt after that take 1chilli and dip it in the flour and drop it in the hot oil and fry it until it become golden colour repeat it with all the chillies.Now our mirchi bhaji are ready to eat.
