What can be learnt from Greta Thunberg about Asperger's syndrome

What an outstanding post, @isarmoewe. You've really helped me understand people with Asperger's better as you've clearly set out what makes Asperger's people more comfortable.

I had been wondering about the braids. I figured the way Barack Obama didn't bother having different coloured suits because making wardrobe decisions each morning would distract him from his higher purpose was similar to Greta not bothering with using different hair styles. Now I see it could also be an expression of her Asperger's. It's starting to look more and more like she's turned this syndrome into a gift.

Thank you so much for pointing me to your article.

Yeah, making wardrobe decisions is an issue for people with Asperger's but it's not a criterion for a diagnosis. ;)

No, didn't mean that for sure! Or to imply that Barack Obama's wardrobe decision-making when he was President was anything other than practical.
