As the writer of the content the new poll on the treasury is based on, I need to make something clear:

I did not make this poll. I do not support this poll. I will vote no.

The content linked in the poll is not a proposal. It is a summary and outline of potential ideas.

The treasury discussion has only just begun. Please either do not vote in that poll, or vote no.

Otherwise, please join the conversation at the GitHub:

Thanks for pointing out that the conversation linked by the poll is not actually a discussion of the poll.

I voted no as well :o

Also note that this poll is invalid because it does not include the required "Abstain" option for voters.

maybe asking people to vote a specific way is going too far. probably.

meanwhile, someone took my content -- content which is not ready for a poll -- and made a poll out of it without permission or without saying that I, the person who made the content, did not make the poll.

vote however you'd like

I personally don't care if you ask people to vote a certain way. Not like we have to listen lol. If anyone is going to let themselves be told what to vote without doing any research ... well ... that's their problem, not yours.

I'm sorry but you come off as super salty. You also need to format your post man, this is painful to read. I dont think he should have asked anyone what to vote for but he has a right to bring this to attention.

Guys, you need to CHILL.
Regardless of the opinions and the style (+formatting) they were expressed in, it is deeply concerning that you flag this post such that it is hidden by default.
I saw @cm-steem do that on a recent @grc-lib-front post as well. This is not what we are about. Let people voice their concerns and doubts. Resorting to censorship does not solve anything, it makes it worse. How do you think people become salty @ragnarokdel ? They are not born that way. You make them salty by preferring condescendence over dialogue. Look at how Trump won in US.
I urge everybody to go easy on the flags and invest their time in constructive dialogue!

Downvoting is not censorship, and it's not possible to have a conversation with @jamezz on Steemit since he does not reply to comments. So far, most of what he has written here is just straight up incorrect.

  • customminer is not "the leader"
  • Von Martin is not the lead dev
  • gridcoinstats does not get 20k GRC quarterly from the foundation
  • People don't get dev payment unless they actually produce something
  • People aren't forced to used grcpool
  • Magnitude drops aren't due to the chain being broken or superblocks being tampered with

The above is repeated over and over again with no reply reception whatsoever.

I downvote if something is unnecessarily rude and/or inflammatory. I don't downvote based on the actual content of a post. I know this is the Internet, but let's have at least a bit of civility in our conversations...
