Hoy con una receta muy saludable se trata de un pechuga de pollo con ajo y perejial a la plancha y plátanos caramelizado, me encanta hacer estos plátanos así cuando estan demasiados maduros porque son exquisito al paladar, me encanta prepararlos para consentir a mi familia.

Lo primero que hago es lavar bien el pollo y seco, seguido lo sazono con sal, paprika, pimienta, ajo y perejil picadito y aceite de oliva. Dejo reposa por media hora.
