وكان جريزمان ضمن القائمة الأولية التي ضمت 10 لاعبين، قبل تقليصها إلى 3 وهم البرتغالي كريستيانو رونالدو لاعب يوفنتوس، والكرواتي لوكا مودريتش لاعب ريال مدريد، والمصري محمد صلاح لاعب ليفربول.
موسم استثنائي
دم جريزمان موسما استثنائيًا، حيث قاد فريقه أتلتيكو مدريد للتتويج ببطولة الدوري الأوروبي، على حساب مارسيليا الفرنسي، وسجل هدفين في المباراة النهائية.
