User retention encouraging those who have stopped using Steemit --- Lets bring them back!

I recently invited my friend Sao to join Steemit https://steemit.com/@charuwan she signed up made a few posts then stopped. I asked her why and she explained that she did not understand how to convert SBD into Thai Baht. I gave her details about some exchanges and that seemed to confuse her even more.

Sao is a rock star when it comes to traditional social media and has over 28,000 followers on her instagram account https://www.instagram.com/sao_charuwan/?hl=en with great interaction and thousands of likes per post. She is the type of person that the steemit community would appreciate.

I am writing this to ask the steemit community to send Sao @charuwan some encouraging words so we can continue to grow with people not familiar with the cryptocurrency or blockchain technology world.

I also used the tag #user-retention for anyone else that may want to try and bring back others who have wavered from using steemit. I think many women do not realize the potential they have within the cryptocurrency space and its time for them to take advantage of that.

I will share any comments here or on her profile with her and hopefully as a community we can encourage her to stick with it.
