How to really grow on Instagram

I really loved the warm welcome I got on Steemit so I decide to share a VALUE BOMB o day 1!

Here we go:

This is how you grow an account properly.

1. Make sure you categorise yourself in a niche:
   -use the right Username
   -use the right Name
   -Make sure that both have keywords relating to your niche
   -Interact only with accounts in your niche

2. Make sure you post consistently.
   -At least twice a day, ideally 3 and if your followers react positively, than 4.

3. Apply a consistent story strategy with engagement baits
   -Post at least 3 stories per day
   -Use hashtags, use polls, use location tags, tag people, do a CTA to have them send you a DM and that will increase your account "Viral" score.

4. Make sure you only post Viral content.
   -Find big account in your niche.
   -Analyse their post, taken 20 by 20.
   -From those post find the average number of likes and multiply it by 1.5, that number will be the Minimum Viral Level (MVL)
   -Any post that surpasses the MVL in terms of likes can be considered viral and valuable for reposting.

5. After getting the monthly schedule of viral posts down start creating engagement groups in your niche.
   -Create at least 10 DM groups with accounts in your niche and make sure you actually get active people so that you will have approximately 70 likes and comments done manually in the first 20 minutes of posting.
   -Every engagement you receive on your post will increase the potential reach.
   -A "guaranteed" viral post (>MVL) will actually increase the number of impressions from explore because we know that people in that niche like it and will be attracted from it if it reaches the explore page therefore the combination of VIral post + targeted DM groups can make any post that surpasses MVL go viral again.
   -EXTRA: if you want to use only SUPER viral posts, than powerlikes can be effective if you only receive, and only 300 likes from 100k+ account are actually needed because with the new algorithm the potential reach form that will be increased to up to 3M (keep in mind it's the potential reach, not the actual reach you will get)

6. Make sure you use CTAs effectively
   -Use CTAs in bio
   -Use CTAs in stories
   -Use CTAs in posts
   -Give the proper credit to the person that created the content so that they might actually interact with it
   -EXTRA: make people tag friends

7. Goodness Score
   -This is a concept that we came up with over a year ago.
   -The goodness score is not an actual number but an indicator of how healthy your account is.
   -Things that lower the goodness score:
   •bitly link in your bio
   •high speed automation
   •multiple IPs on your account
   •use of non secure and non residential proxies
   •deleting posts (always archive, never delete)
   •delete a lot of comments
   •using over 30 hashtags (Yes it's possible, no im not going to explain how)
   •using banned hashtags (you can find the lists online)
   In order to understand if you have a good goodness score and categorisation you should check that the Impressions on your posts are more than 7 times your likes and that your explore page looks similar to your feed.

8. Why do you grow like this?
   The reason why you grow is because you increase the number of people that see your post.
   That means that these people that didn't know you actually spent more time on the platform thanks to you.
   Instagram loves accounts that grab the users attention given that increases the average time on platform, therefore that makes sure you can actually grow properly.
   Also if you reach 1M people and you get 15k likes, a 10% discovery rate on that means that you have 1500 new views on your profile, and usually if in target and with good content you can have up to 25% Followers rate so you gain 375 followers from 1 post.

Of course this is really hard to do with personal content or content that has never been tested for virality before.

1. THIS HAS NO VALUE!
   I can disagree with you there because if you actually tell any advertising agency that you can sell them ad space form 1$ CPM than you will see how a 100k Impression post becomes 100$ to the right agency.

2. THIS DOESN'T WORK ON PERSONAL!
   I kind of agree there, but if instead o reposting you recreate the most viral content you see around with you or the person that's building the personal brand as main character than it works

[EXTRA 1] SHADOWBAN!
I don't know why but usually when I explain this people start asking what to do if shadowbanned, so let me expalin this:
a) If you are shadowbanned you went against some of Instagram ToS or your Goodness score is very very low
b) Shadowban usually last 14 days
c) While in shadowban you won't appear on any hashtag and your organic reach will be really low.

• What to do?
Stop any type of automation.
Stop using hashtags.
Increase the number of organic DM groups.
Post once per day until you see that the post reach starts increasing.
When that happens start posting twice, if the reach of the second post is higher than the one of the first posts, than try a third time, otherwise wait until the reach of the second post is greater or at least equal to the one of the first post and then simply wait until 14 days pass and you are good.

[EXTRA 2]
PAID strategy.
If you have a budget over 2500$ a month and you want to grow super fast than use the following strategy:
-Find super viral videos
-Invest 250$/month in good powerlikes
-Invest 250$/mont in good DM groups (5$/DM group)
-Invest 2000$ in 3hrs shout outs
you need to find very big pages (3M+) that are willing to sell a set of 4x 3hrs shouts in feed and 3hrs shouts in stories for 400-500$
That means that you will get 4 or 5 pages to shout you out on feed and story for 4 times each.
If you schedule 1 shout package a week you will get consistent promotion from big pages and with videos that works super well because you might get featured in the top position on Explore and therefore reach over 1M impressions easily.
