Due to the low payout of SBD this week, I decided to also payout STEEM with the same percentage as the SBD. It is for THIS WEEK ONLY. It seems that if everyone would upvote at 100%, that we should 'at least' average out to .01 per contest. Hopefully, we will get some players that have a higher voting weight playing soon to make that average go up.
