“Shall not be infringed” means exactly that

Then why can't I walk into any outdoors supply store and buy an M320 or an M2HB? All kinds of weapons have been "infringed".

    Because "shall not" didn't come with a penalty for infringing the right.
    Rights can be respected or violated. Period. There are no other options. Every human has the right to own and to carry weapons, but all governments unethically get away with violating that right (and many others).
