Today I recognized that it’s been a while since I started my weight loss and more or less so-called healthy lifestyle way of living. Since the end of February, when I captured myself on the scales being 92kilos fatass )
You’d ask what’s changed? I guess nothing but my weight and size of my beer belly gained by all this beer drinking years.
I also have been thinking on the habits. Habits of smoking, drinking, I tracked them using #Habitify app on my iPhone, trying to measure a percentage of time in month of smoking and non smoking as well as drinking and not drinking. Months later I caught myself in a situation of so called Beervana or Beer (u can put any alcohol there instead of beer) Beer Dzen-when u can have a beer or two and stop 🛑 not getting wasted and waste the fuck your evening and a morning after.
Funny still getting those notifications on Habitify, need to change em to something newer.
Our way of life is a bunch of habits and we are the controller which is responsible for driving in a different directions of those. Developing them is the key. And this key is very easy to obtain.
Getting back on track of healthy way of living and performing actions on a Crypto Brewmaster APP and spending more time with my love @danyakysil with the phone offline is the key habits I’d prefer to confirm each day as done on my Habitify tracker )
