How should I know if I am really ready to go to the Hack Reactor Bootcamp? What should I study to make myself ready?

They provide lots of materials to study including their free prep course and a premium one. It’s pretty good and you could use that material for other bootcamps: Learn Software Engineering: JavaScript Training.
They also have something called the Structured Study Program for people that need a little extra practice before taking their coding interview.
