I may be wrong about that. I know I read it somewhere, but I never really did the math. Currently, when I check in the history of paid posts, I haven't been able to find an instance of that. I swear I saw it posted in a few places and it certainly seemed that way. I even thought I saw @themarkymark post about it.

Bias (witness consensus parameter) can affect how much SBD is produced. We have a few witnesses that have set a positive bias, but not enough in the top 20 have it set to enact a change.

Thanks. Do you know if it was changed in the past? I thought there was a time in which they were actually returning higher than 50% SBD. Maybe they were just talking about it. I also thought in one of your posts you had it at about 65% in your example.
