My first somewhat decent "halasana" or "plow pose"

I've been checking out some yoga instructional videos for beginners on YouTube and I started practicing a few months ago. I'm still learning the super basic poses but I'm already noticing quite a significant improvement in my posture and flexibility.

Today I tried this video exercise and I was stoked to find out I can do a full halasana or plow pose. It's not quite neat but I think it's decent enough. haha. I'm so proud of myself!

Here are some of the benefits of this particular yoga pose that I found online:

improves digestion & appetite.

helps with weight Loss.

strengthens the abdominal muscles.

beneficial for diabetic people.

helps to make spinal cord strong and flexible.

helps to reduce stress.

normalizes blood-glucose level.

stimulates the reproductive organs.


I'd love to be able to show more poses as I learn more.
