What message did Hamas send on October 7th?
What were the targets?
We all know about the music festival.
I'm not sure that a lot of you know about the Kibbutz.
Anybody living in the Kibbutz is basically a communist hippy. In fact, the Kibbutz is far enough to the left that, historically, they lost a lot of their membership due to the idea that your children should be raised communally.
A lot of these people were giving Gazans rides into Isreal for work and hospital visits.
They were among the top targets of Hamas. It turned out that the Gazans were using these people's good will to scope out the joint, and know how many people to kill in which house.
The message that this sent was pretty simple -- show some compassion to the Gazans, and you'll be raped and murdered (not necessarily in that order).
And now we're pining all of the violence on the Israelis?
Wake the fuck up, people.
