It's the one who speaks to you in a way that you can not communicate with other people. They know the truth about how you feel and they are the ones who know how to help you feel good about yourself.
The second step is to learn to connect to the now and to help your body to relax. In order to help your body relax you need to do things that will help you focus on relaxing. This may be something like watching a relaxing video or playing something soothing.
Next, you need to realize that everything happens for a reason and that when you learn to recognize this fact you will be on your way to feeling better. Focus on the positive and remember that you were given a gift that was meant to be used and that what you want is already within you. This is another key to feeling good about yourself. It doesn't come from what someone else is doing for you, but it comes from within you.
The third step to learn how to feel as if life is on your side for once is to practice positive self-talk. Everyone needs to have positive self-talk and this is true whether you are feeling good or bad. People need to talk about their goals, about what they want to achieve, and to be reminded of why they feel good.
Finally, one thing you can do to help yourself feel better is to count to ten each time you feel good. It's not just any old counting but repeating the same feeling over again until it feels pleasant. This can make a big difference and you can count to anything from five to ten.
Now all you have to do is to take your desire for something great and focus on it, count to ten and feel that wonderful feeling. You can feel good about yourself for the rest of your life.
