Today is the day I decide to break the bad habit I have of eating junk food as an afternoon snack. When I’m at work it is very easy to hit up the snack machine for a candy bar or chips. It’s become a habit. I’m normally very careful about the food I eat. You are what you eat, and I want to be healthy! Breaking a bad habit is hard, but it’s SO worth it!

Breaking a habit could be as hard as cracking up a wall, you tend to get a rebound often and most times feel you ain't making a progress.
