It is time to write my first article here on Steemit in 2022. Happy New Year everyone! I must admit that 2021 turned out to be a great year for crypto, way better than I expected. I had a goal written on December 31st in 2020 telling me how much I wanted my crypto belongings to be worth by December 31st in 2021, and I am happy to say that it actually went better than expected. But, I have learnt that things can change quickly, and thus I have been taking profit along the way, meaning that if we should suddenly experience 2018 and the following two years once again, then I will not regret and say that I should have taken profit along the way.
What do I look forward to in 2022?
If you have followed my writings, I am very curious to find out how all the different DAOs will perform this year. That is gonna be extremly interesting. Will the entire hype around OlympusDAO and Wonderland keep on going and will those tokens really remain on track and strong in 2022, or will they vanish and turn useless and worthless?
At the same time, I will be very curious to see which tokens will be the new tokens ready for take-off. We saw Dogecoin and SHIB take-off last year, and we also saw metaverse tokens such as Decentraland and Sandbox take off. Which coins will come in 2022? I have read from lots of people who expect this to be the year when Ripple will finally take off, or maybe Verasity? I have no clue at all, but one of my main goals is to have funds placed in projects I believe in, that have a great potential for growth.
Do you have any tokens and projects that you really believe will be ready for a breakthrough in 2021?
