He was on his last tour of the day carrying goods from one place to the other place on his donkey cart. He does such tours 5 times a day for a good meal for his meal. These goods are mostly carried for the urban areas to sell them out and get enough rupees and meal to feed his whole family. Like all days he knew that he can feed his family at night and the next morning and it was his last trip and he can now spend his time with his family.
