Harira Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
150 g beef and lamb cubed
30 g butter
1 onion
1 carrot
1 zucchini
1 potato
1 tomato
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 handful of boiled chickpeas
Half a glass of red lentils (water)
1 tea teaspoon ground allspice
salt
pepper
2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Preparation:
Take the meat in a saucepan and cook it until it has been rolled out. Add butter and edible onions and sauté until pink. Add the spices and mix. Peel and divide the tomatoes into four parts and remove the seeds and chop the cubes. Continue to saute by adding to the pot. Chop the vegetables into small cubes and add. Wash and strain the lentils and add to the pot with chickpeas. Add water and season with salt and pepper. Cover the pan and cook for about 45 minutes until the meat and vegetables soften. Take from the stove and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve.
