Flood Victims, homeless, where are they going? What's your take?

The first will be last, the last will be first in the order of heaven. Now I don't know what to believe here. I'm stuck.

Are flood victims really going into FEMA camps? I just started to see these videos and it's interesting me now to find truth because one says that shelters are killing flood victims. I doubt this is true, but the whole world seems to be going to hell lately, so I don't know. I just want your take on these things.
