Here's and interesting use case for hashgraph...
Intiva Health, a career management platform for healthcare professionals, announced they will be using Swirlds' hashgraph technology to build out a distributed ledger for verifying healthcare professional credentials.
Currently, the credentialing process is strenuous and time consuming. Intiva Health allows licensed medical professionals to securely store and control access to all of their credentialing documents, eliminating paperwork, and automating the critical task of maintaining compliance.
By leveraging hashgraph, Intiva Health hopes to build the industry's first career platform, to allow for the fastest placement and ongoing credentialing of physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
This marks one of the first publicly made announcements of a company beginning to use hashgraph. I'd imagine we'd expect to hear similar announcements in the coming weeks to months...
