Good afternoon steem community! I made a video about some helpful things and tips that can get you to feel better sooner.
I wanted to start with introducing myself with my personal struggles.
The food and supplements are always helpful to implement into your life. Starting from the inside and working out seems to help more than anything. Maybe your body is low on a vitamin! And do I even have to start on the chocolate;)
The beauty part is really important because we need to take care of ourselves on the outside as well. Face masks and skincare keep up looking healthy and clean! That retinol serum is AWESOME!
The Power of Now is an amazing book and I read it every night before bed. I highly suggest reading!
