EXERCISE
why should you care about this temporal painful activity that needed daily?
There are plenty of good reasons

Many times we see exercising as a means to lose weight, lower blood pressure, prevent depression or just look better, but it does much more than that.

Researchers say that by 2050 , more than 115 million people will have dementia worldwide with a new case of dementia every 4seconds.
As we get older, the birth of new brain cells slows down and brain tissue shrink. But EXERCISE has been observed to reverse this trend. Not just stretching but aerobic exercises. Anything that gets your heart pumping so much that you break into a light sweat.
Cardiovascular exercise boosts blood flow to the brain which delivers much needed oxygen ( the brain soaks up to 20 percent of body oxygen)
Physical exercise helps your brain stay sharp. Your brain is no different from the muscles in your body, you either lose it or use it. Anything that's good for the heart is good for the brain.
Exercise also acts as first aid kit on damaged cells, produces increased retention of information, reduce insulin resistance ( when cells become resistant to insulin and body pumps more of it resulting to blood sugar levels rise and next to type 2 diabetes), helps memory and thinking, improves mood and sleep and also reduce stress.

So what are you waiting for? Stop sitting around and watch your awesome body come to ruin. Start working out. Stay fit. Exercise is for everyone and it's good for you.
Whatever exercise you choose, commit to it as a habit; like taking a prescription medication.

A short poem (I'm not a poet)

So she thought it wise to sit it out all the time
Fats accumulated, math uncalculated, yet she's frustrated because her body's not rejuvenated.
Everyday she's reminded by her image reflection but she still thinks it's just the mirror's distortion
She knows the truth but her memories are 'mute'
She moves so slow and she no longer glows
But yesterday she stepped into the light after accepting her plight
And accepting the fact that she was never right
Now she cares about her life, her weight and her heart
All it took was a moment of truth, now she's a healthy youth.
