Hopelessly hopeful and sad.

Physical Health Status:
One more attack of Cold of allergic nature.
Shocked to see acne all over my scalp.

Evening walk and jogging.

Social Health Status:
No change. No newbie added.

Dietary/Nutritional Health Status:
3 meals a day as usual diet.
3 glasses of water.
one glass of milk.
Few walnuts.
Two apples.
2 cups of tea and 3 chappatis.
