I bought a few hundred MSM pills a couple days ago exactly for this "side effect" you're describing Eve after stumbling upon this on reddit some weeks back.

Also, I never had a lucid dream before, so this little self experiment has potential to be an interesting one.

If you don't mind me asking, are these 'MSM dreams' lucid dreams for you Eve, meaning you realize you are dreaming and thus have the possibility to somewhat direct them, or are they just really vivid dreams with crisp colours and such?

    Haha,well then I think you’ll be in for a great ride with the side effects 😅

    I very rarely realise I’m dreaming, and I’m not sure if we can even dream in colour, not something I can remember from a dream. Mine are just generally very intense.
