Having breakfast when you wake up helps control anxiety in the evening, stay toned and activate your metabolism! It is recommended to have breakfast in the first 30 minutes after getting up. This breakfast should include at least healthy proteins and fats! Carbohydrates can come from natural foods such as sweet potatoes, squash, bananas, fresh fruits and vegetables
This is my favorite breakfast
Arepa sweet potato or sweet potato (can be prepared by mixing cooked sweet potato with ground almonds, ground oats or whole corn flour, egg white and cinnamon powder)
Tuna stewed with vegetables
1/2 avocado has sliced
A touch of mustard
I have Bulletproof coffee with butter and oil. It gives me energy and satisfies me for most of the day! I usually have a snack around 2:00 and then dinner about 7:00.
