Wow, you created quite a stir here. I enjoyed this post because it provokes thinking, questioning. beyond food into -take action save the planet vs. who cares I gotta do me attitude. Every vegan/vegetarian I know , their views are their convictions. so I take your point of where is the line. How vegan is veganly possible. So this post touches a 'sacred cow' so to speak. I am a believer in you are what you eat- so I'm not into the hormones given to cattle or the lab made meat. Also not into the plants and other ag being ruined by roundup and so many other pesticides that harm us. My take away is the planet is still the survival of the fittest. I believe in taking care of it, earth day participation, see trash pick it up, don't smoke and walk when possible.. but I still have to live here so while my footprint may be small I still teach my kids these values - Despite the fact while we try to "go green"we are all living in greeds footprint which is ever growing. ex. Lab meat and pesticides- Are the driving force to get more of this green -$$$$$
I will continue to check out your posts- thanks for the read.
