Hormones control many of the physical and psychological changes that our bodies go through during the various phases of our lives. However, we often forget this.

Because of this , any kind of hormonal imbalance can lead to the development of certain diseases and problems that may affect our health .

Unfortunately, many people do not seek treatment because they think their symptoms are due to common health problems.

That is why it is important to know the warning signs that occur when you have hormonal imbalance.

In this article we will look at the ten most common symptoms of hormonal imbalance so we can all recognize them.
