Heart Burn Or Acidity is Very discomforting for us - We should take care for it from the route level

Acidity can be very uncomfortable for those who receive it repeatedly.

Acid of digestive problems,(acidity, flatulence, constipation) may seem like a minor health problem, but it is extremely unpleasant for the sufferer. Excessive acid production from the stomach gastric glands can cause acid. Burning of acid stomach and gastric inflammation can cause ulcers. Other symptoms of acidity include chest, stomach and throat irritation, sour taste in the mouth, restlessness of the upper abdomen, and heaviness after eating, nausea, belching and dyspepsia.

The most common causes of acidity are:

  1. Stress

  2. Spicy and carnivorous food consumption.

  3. Smoking and Alcohol

  4. Horizontal Eating - Missing Diet After Eating

  5. Stomach complaints such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)

  6. Non-Steroids Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDS) drugs like

Generally, doctors write antacids for the treatment of acids.

Here are some home remedies for working acid.

  1. Banana, coconut water has an antacid effect.

  2. Chew some basil / basil leaves or 2-3 pod cloves.

  3. Chew some mint leaves or drink mint water.

  4. Chew some fennel seeds (sauce) or drink sauna.

  5. Chew some cumin (Zira) or drink sour water.

  6. Boil 2 capsules of green cardamom (cardamom) in water, cold and drink.

  7. After a meal, eat a small piece of jaggery; It contains magnesium, which contains antacids.

  8. Take a small piece of ginger, pieces of jaggery and crush together with chewing.

  9. Take a magnesium supplement.

  10. Take 1 spoonful of powder per day with water.

  11. Immerse one spoonful apple cider vinegar (ACV) in a glass of water and eat it on the empty stomach.

  12. Swallow 2 black pepper. However, if you are suffering from ulcer, you should not try black pepper and acV.

Changes in some nutrition and lifestyle can help improve the symptoms of acidity dramatically:

  1. Eat slowly, chew properly.

  2. Eat small and consistently food.

  3. Eat your last meal at least 2 hours before bedtime.

  4. Avoid eating very spicy foods.

  5. Limit consumption of alcohol, stop smoking.

  6. Stress management.

These home remedies and lifestyle changes can be used to get relief with or without antacids based on the cause of acid.
