Breathing and its remedy
Various types of allergens, such as dust-sand, smoke, flower molecules, toxic gas emitted in the factory, car smoke, special foods, medicines etc. allergens and asthma. Any healthy person can be allergic. Starting from a little symptom can lead to serious symptoms, and may suddenly attack in an acute form. Researchers in New York say that vehicles produce sneezing allergens on the streets. According to the California Institute of Technology, there are at least 20 allergens from various sources on the way to the plinth by stone plaques, eosters, etc. Describing the sidewalk dust, in such a way that these are the complex combination of soil absorbed substances, tire dust, tree septum and other compounds. Path dust takes on the people of allergies / asthma strongly. Because they are mixed in the atmosphere with highways, traffic, traffic, people, etc.. According to them, 12 percent of the population creates airborne allergens with a breath.
According to the researchers, the closest dwellers of the highway have the highest risk of allergic and asthma related to the way dust and cough, hives, runin nose and diagnosed asthma in children living in the street of 100 meters. Asthma and allergies are undoubtedly a painful health problem, so allergy and asthma should not be overlooked. There are specific reasons for allergies. It is possible to avoid allergic reactions due to the reasons and to identify which foods are allergic to your allergies. When allergenes are formed, the amount of emonoglobin-E increases in blood. As a result, the reaction rate of allergen antibodies is high and this reaction results in the amount of histamine emitted which causes allergic reactions. In general, dust, smoke, cars, toxic gases, factories made of factories, wet rain, cold fog, flower molecules, and many special meals such as shrimp, hilsa, boal, carrots, beef, duck eggs, ripe banana, pineapple, coconut, cosmetics and Countless unknown things can cause cough, respiratory allergy, and asthma in our body.
Asthma or asthma
Symptoms of respiratory and respiratory symptoms for a long time are asthma or asthma. Symptoms of sneezing, coughing, chest tightness, and breathing difficulties can be seen.
The cause of asthma
Although it is due to herbal and environmental reasons, it is not possible to know clearly how these two producers create. However, due to inflammation, the airway is red, swollen, slender, and the speed of the irritant or stimulant is very sensitive, thus giving the symptoms of asthma. Because of the following different triggers, symptoms of asthma are usually seen.
Infections, usually viral symptoms like Cold, Flu etc.
Allergens, especially dust, pollen grains, microbial parts of domestic animals etc.
Exercise or physical work, especially in winter.
Emotions, such as excitement, fear, anger
Eritente, mainly air pollution.
Smoking (self-restraint and other members of the family should avoid smoking).
Weather change.
Foods such as artificial color and some foods.
Medicines, such as aspirin and other NSAIDS and beta blockers.
Symptoms of asthma
Breathing with sound by cluttering
Inhalation of breath
Chest pain and
Cough etc.
The following changes are seen in the respiratory time during the asthma attack
The airways are narrow due to red and swelling.
The muscles around the airway narrow down and narrow the airway. The airway is partially blocked by airway in the airway and partially shutting the air into the airway.
Medical
Asthma is a long-term disease. It is possible to keep asthma under full control through proper treatment and medicines. Those excitement (triggers) increase the severity of the asthma, the patient will have to recognize them and avoid them. In addition, all asthmatic patients need to keep track of the following issues.
Smoking and Tobacco smoke should be avoided.
Cold air increases intensity of asthma. This time the drug levels will be increased.
Exercise and physical exertion should not be discouraged. Exercise keeps the body well and protects the body from hypertension and other complex diseases. It is possible to avoid the possibility of having asthma during or after exercise using proper medicines.
The home environment should be kept clean and home-based pure air circulation should be maintained.
Medicines
Two types of medicines are used-
(1) Asthma resistant (2) Asthma cure
Asthma Resistant
Those medicines that prevent asthma attacks are called asthma preventants. Two types of drugs work as asthma preventants.
Anti-Inflammatory Drugs
These medicines prevent asthma from controlling the inflammation of the airway. The most widely used bussonoid, chlamyethane, fluticuson etc.
Bronchodilator or inflammatory extension
These medicines prevent the severity of asthma by rapidly expanding the airway
Relieving Asthma
Bronchodilators work as a cure. Bronchodilators increase the airway faster, so that the airways can easily move into the lungs, and through this, the symptoms of asthma affected patients are greatly relieved.
There are two types of bronchodilators or respiratory extensions such as-
Transient bronchodilators such as -Salbitumal These medicines have to be used 3-4 times a day.
Chronic bronchodilators such as bambutyamol. These medicines are to be used once a day. There is no clinical facility available for long-term transient bronchodilators (eg, salbutamol) in mild or moderate asthma. So in these cases, the use of chronic bronchodilators (eg-bamabitamol) should be used.
Use of bacobitum as a substitute for modifed release thetheophylline in nightly asthma provides good benefits.
Side effects of asthma
Many patients talk about the side effects of asthma treatment but uncontrolled asthma causes more severe side effects.
With proper treatment and medicines not controlled by asthma, the lung function will decrease as well as with age, and it will be irreversible.
Growing growth does not hinder the child's asthma, and the growth of fetal fetus during pregnancy hinders
Side effects of asthma treatment
The use of corticosteroids can cause oral cancers. Those patients who use corticosteroids through inhaler should take regular calcium supplements (for example, -Ashtokal / Astochal JR) to prevent osteoporosis.
Due to the breakdown of the thythline and therapeutic medicines that cause sleep disruption and discourages the patient, long-term bronchodilators such as-bacabitamol (diilator) should be used instead of the theophylline.
