I've found that people who advocate for either the 100% carnivore diet and/or 100% veganism are really just extreme ends of pseudoscience philosophies.
Can you imagine saying that any meat protein leads to serious disease and/or eating any vegetables are bad for you?!?
There is simply no real evidence for this from any respectable study.
Both parties search for confirmation bias and ignore any and all associated risks that are historically factual.
Scientifically the best diet is a balanced diet with lean meats, fruits legumes, whole grains, and especially vegetables that are micronutrient dense being at the forefront of your diet. If you exercise more than the average person (which the average person doesn't exercise enough) then you'll also need more carbs to feed that immediate energy deficit.
I'm sure I'll get lots of flack for this evidence backed post but it is what it is.
