Hi! I am a content-detection robot. This post is to help manual curators; I have NOT flagged you.
I have detected a potential source:

Please try to refrain from copying articles to Steemit. Even if one links the source, this is still considered plagiarism and can end up in a DMCA notice being sent. You may also be downvoted, and added to a downvote bot's list if your account does this repeatedly.
If I am correct, please edit your post to only link to the article, then provide your own original thoughts on it.
NOTE: I am too dumb to tell if you are the author, so ensure you have proper verification in your post for human curators to check!

Damn cheetah bot, you quick. I was just about to post the original source content that this was copied from. Good work robot :)

I wrote this - it was republished from my site Nutritional Anarchy to Ready Nutrition with my permission.

Okay, I added a note and a link to this page on the original article on my website.

I am new to this site. How do I prove I am the author?

The easiest way to prove you are the author is to post something on your original site (readynutrition.com) where you claim your Steem account. I think we can work with the cheetah bot creators to white list those who do proper verification / linking.

Ready Nutrition republished this from my site - Nutritional Anarchy, with my permission. I added a link to my original source above. Thanks!

I added a link to the original source - my website - for verification. This is my original work and can be found at the link I provided at the end of my article. Thanks!

I would think if you edited the original article on your site and added a blurb at the bottom that you have republished to steemit with link here then that would be sufficient proof that you're the author or at least owner of that site.
