Dear Diary: It Is My Dialysis Day Today And I Always Take Aspirin Beforehand For An Important Medical Issue

I cannot wait any longer now until I get hooked again for my dialysis. I wished that I would get as much dialysis I needed because it makes me feel better and would definitely reduce my feeling of ill and not being able to enjoy a normal life and appetite. Frequent dialysis will also reduce my breathlessness problem like I have now as I cannot take anymore drinks because I feel like I am drowning even with every bite of food.

I take a couple of small tablets of chewable aspirin a few hours before my dialysis because it makes my blood thinner. It helps for my blood not to form clots that will block my dialyzer and will help to clean my blood because it will allow a free flow of blood continuously.

Having a thinner blood during dialysis will also prolong the life of my dialyzer because it will not block its small pores since I reuse my dialyzer in my center which is the practice in this country whereas in other countries they only use it for one time only.

My dialysis nurse had a bad judgement and opinion on my mouth problem ad she thinks that it has a "mass" like a tumor and relaying it to my doctor. The stupid doctor then ordered my heparin (medicine to thin out blood) to be halted to avoid something that will not happen i.e. bleeding mouth.

My mouth problem is just bone below the gums growing and doesn't involve bleeding. The bleeding before was from my teeth when it gets disturbed and now it wasn't a problem anymore. I just felt like they were just scrimping on heparin because most patients doesn't use it in my center because of that head nurse. But I have my way of thinning out my blood and i think aspirin would somewhat help me with that issue.
