Dear Diary: The Things That I Enjoy In My Dialysis Days

There are many things that I am enjoying about my dialysis days and one is about a thing that is priceless and that thing cannot be measured and equaled by anything in the world. That thing is about having to be with my parents caring for me, tending me, supporting, driving for me, and I would surely miss that if it would happen that they will go away before me.

In my dialysis days my mother was the one buying my dialysis meal, it is the food that I am eating while I am hooked-up at my dialysis. Having her at my side preparing my food and holding the bowl while I am eating is just a thing that I enjoy the most. It feels like I do not want to end that moment because I couldn't think of someone doing it for me other than my parents.

So I just enjoy that until it lasts because I know that everything in this world is temporary and I have to accept that fact.

I always feel the guilt that I am just a drag unto them because of my medical condition but I thank God that they do not worry much especially about expenses unlike before where it went into a point that she was considering selling her body if not for her age, or selling our appliances that made my eldest brother got angry with me.

Anyway, of course at dialysis time I was really enjoying my meal and I would really eat to my heart's delight because it is the only moment that I am feeling at ease when the dialysis machine had cleaned out my blood substantially to return my appetite because after dialysis I just am forcing myself to eat.

So I am always looking forward for my dialysis because of that and of course the cleaning factor of the dialysis itself along with the ease of my body from being waterlogged just makes me feel well although I feel that my dry weight is not yet achieved.

Tomorrow hopefully it will be my dialysis again and I do hope that nothing will get problems again like the crashing of my blood pressure because it disturbs my dialysis in many ways and I do not want that to happen, I still do needed a lot of prayers, may God help me.
