I saw this kind of Venezuelan food after a friend mentioned it and I think that this is a very good food for me to have because it is easy to make but the main ingredient is not available online where I buy my foodstuffs and other things.
The main ingredient is a pre-cooked powdered white cornmeal. So it is pre-cooked and it is a white cornmeal which I think is not the yellow corn. That is far different than a regular fine ground cornmeal and the "Harina Masa" which is like a flour and needs to be needed.
So I must make a decision now because the Harina Masa is the one I think is closer to the main ingredient here because they are cooked almost the same. While the regular fine ground cornmeal that I see won't get that much malleability and cooking time.

Anyway good luck to me in cooking them because I can't even walk much less cook. But I think there is a way for me to prepare it especially the kneading part where I can just knead it inside a plastic bag or forgo with the kneading altogether and for it right away to a disc shape and let my mother cook it for me.

I find it hard to eat my regular meal of rice so often I would skip my meals and will just be contented with some bread. I just needed something that is easier for me to eat and relatively more nutritious than rice. So maybe I will just combine the two, the Masa Harina which is more nutritious than regular cornmeal and the fine ground cornmeal for added flavor which I think is a good idea to do.

Hola amigo cryptopie soy venezilana donde uno de l9s platoa tipicos es arepa... aino encuentras harina de maiz puedes hacerla de yuca o el maiz pilado. Se sancocha y muele.. saludos
