I remember that time that I was suffering from a condition that is called the "Restless Legs Syndrome" (RLS) where you feel this sensation in your legs where you have to relive them by kicking hence the "restless legs." You couldn't really sleep and I do not know how I survived those instances where even my nurses aren't capable of identifying it, they merely just laugh about it maybe thinking that you are weird and like that.
And so I researched and found out that I just needed Gabapentin to fix it. So I searched for that prescription pad that I printed out and cut to size in which I prescribed myself tablets of the cheapest brand available. Then I told my parents to buy it for me.
Then finally I took one 600 mg tablet and after a few minutes the tension in my legs suddenly went away. Then other magical things happened and I was able to sleep good too. So I learned that it is eliminated by dialysis which is good because I do not have to take it often.

I just took half of it after dialysis which meant that I am only taking twice a week so that the RLS would not return. Then I just regularly take with a lesser dose making my mother cut the tablet in three parts so that it would last me. I do not want to take much of it although I know that it really has a profound effect on my well-being when taken in high doses.

But I do not need a high dose, I just needed a supportive amount just to help me get some good restful sleep and relaxed muscles although my main complain was about my joints which the pain originates. But I have to use an NSAID pain reliever for my joint pains as the Gabapentin is not effective for pain relief but just a way for me to get more sense of well-being.
Animo amigo, @cryptopie. Mucha salud para ti.
