The Government Had Added Fifteen More Lockdown Days Due To Continued CoViD Infections

I was really expecting that the government would again extend the lockdown to fifteen more days or so. But I think after May the 15th and the CoViD cases are still rising then they would again I guess will extend it even two more weeks or so.

We can only afford to have this lockdown situation because the government can still give the people support via goods and or financial but this will not be able to sustain, we can never have an unlimited amount of funds so I think the next move of the government will be, like what the president had stated earlier, that he will sell government assets so that the funds can support the people's needs.

But I guess that what the government will do is that it will just make non-essential activities and businesses not to continue while enforcing the what is called "new normal" of social distancing, wearing of protective gear like masks, etc. and letting people be aware of cleanliness and safety so that the gears of economy can still roll and let us all benefit instead of being idle and not getting productive.

But the government was granted by the world bank (WB) about $100 million dollars loan to help fight the CoViD-19 pandemic. But to deal with millions of families in this country is a very big challenge. Just imagine feeding numerous amounts of families, the funds will surely dry-off in weeks.

Even if the funds could last for six months or so but there is no cure yet being made for the Pandemic the danger is still there, we just only had extended and slowed down the sickness and fatalities and in the end we will also succumb to the wrath of the virus both financially (economically) and physically and mentally as well. So the financial amends just slowed down but not softened the blow of the impact of the dreaded virus in that case.

The president also had offered 50 million Philippine Pesos the scientists who could invent a cure for the CoViD-19. That is I think a wise move by the president because in that way he will encourage qualified individuals to pursue on making the ultimate cure or vaccine, etc for the Corona virus disease.
