Hey everyone! This coming Monday the 9th, I will be chatting ALL THINGS HEALTH with @TitusFrost via Zoom. The video will be uploaded to my Steemit, facebook, and youtube that night and we couldn't be more excited!

It's been 22 years since I began eating clean thanks to my amazing & informed parents..

(By the way, I enjoy an organic beer or a glass of preservative-free wine or biodynamic (head-ache free the next day) you can find it in the organic section of your local grocer or liquor isle usually.)

This is a lifestyle. NOT a life sentence. Your health should not be difficult to maintain. People on facebook recently were asking me, "Dee, why don't you post your updated body transformation photos anymore?"

Well, because after I achieved my physical goals, I started to focus on improving and then maintaining my internal health.

Health is not a number on a scale.
It's not a dress size & it's not a food restriction list......
It's also not a grocery list ...
AND NO TWO JOURNEYS are the same.

➡There's no magic formula
➡There's no tight waist trainer or wraps
➡There's no special diet pills
➡There's no crazy workouts required

It's simply a constistent practice... And a beautiful journey!!! Everyone's journey is special and perfect FOR THEM.

So I hope to show that health DOES NOT look one way and you can have an impact on people by JUST being YOU!

I get so many questions about nutritional re-balancing & my journey over the last 3 years and here's what I can say. 👇👇👇

🚫 I learned it all ...from NOT taking care of myself properly through college how all areas of my life were affected.

SO NOW IM ASKING YOU...YES YOU! 👐
^^^How many things have you said "no" to because you were too tired??
Because you were too stressed???
Because you didn’t feel good.... or you were out of balance....
Or because you didn’t fit into the outfit you wanted to wear????

👆Okay well not only was I saying "no" to TONS of things... but because of the "no’s," I was missing out on friendships, time with people I love, NEW experiences, work days and business I owned were affected.

Dragging yourself day to day is not a way to live and guilting yourself and stressing yourself out is also not a way to live.

I choose to share my health journey through a different lens and that's what I have gained.

Health is literally the foundation from which everything flows from. 👏
💥And I knew having a handle on my health & feeling good would propel me in staying consistent for the vision I had for myself.💁 I share my health journey through showing the “yes’s” I say now. 🎉

Strong friendships I'm building & business success from taking care of myself, being outside more, enjoying experiences more, more joy, more confidence, more time, traveling, more laughter, etc.

Saying yes to MORE! Saying yes to PURPOSE. YES to passion!

Awesome blog Dee! I really like how you explain the long term nature of being healthy as a lot of people, especially my family members think they can do flash diets and then that will be enough, and it never works. So I think this will be a great interview, and hopefully my audience can benefit from it and myself.
