Today we are going to talk about diet. There are two kinds of popular diet right now where one is ketosis diet and the other is intermittent fasting.
Simply said ketosis diet is where you deprive the amount of your carbohydrate intake and increased your fat intake up to 70% per day. And for intermittent fasting, you fast 16-20 h a day (8 h of sleep is already included as fasting) and you eat a certain amount of calorie in a eating window.
