Sleep is most important for maintenance of health and logevity for the human beings. It is one of the up stand of Life.

1. One should sleep with head to the east or north.
2. Drink 1 cup of milk with pipalimoola powder before sleep.
3. Bedroom should be clean ,well ventilated and free from noise and disturbance.
4. Massage to scalp nad feet with jatamansi / coconut oil before going to bed.
5. Regular taking of ayurvedic herbs like brahmi , shankpuusphi, jatamansi can help in treating chronic asleep.
6. Drinking coffee, tea, cold drink, smoking should be avoided.
7. 10gms of coriander leaves are cleaned and made into paste, intake it before going to bed, the person will be able to sleep well.
