Sleep early it helps to Wakeup early in the morning.
Minimum 7 hrs sleep require for regain health. Start your day with 2 glass of normal temperature water. After that empty your stomach with no strain. Avoid mobile in bathroom. Then go for brisk walking & outdoor basic exercise , spend 50 to 60 min for it and take your breakfast after having bath. Take high protein & oily as well as sweet containing foods in large portion to boost your body ... in breakfast take 50% portion of total food that will require your body in a day & 35% portion at afternoon with less oil & sweet , remaining 15% at the time of dinner, avoid oily & sweet strictly in dinner.. hope you adopt this habits in your daily routine for healthy and happy life.... text me for anything related to your health.
