I waited until the organic whole milk was halfway full from using on coffee. Than I filled the jug up until it was 2/3 full with lactic acid bacteria, closed the lid, placed in a warm room (75°-80°). This batch took 2 days to ferment and separate fully. This will serve as my probiotics as I am on antibiotics for the next 10 days.
